4 PM Skills Training
4 PM Skills Training is an 8-week continuous development program designed for 3rd–8th grade athletes who are serious about improving their game. This program is open to all players looking to sharpen their fundamentals and elevate their overall skill level. Athletes can register for training once or twice per week, allowing flexibility while maintaining consistent growth.
This is a detail-driven training environment where we emphasize proper technique, repetition, and executing skills at game speed. Every session builds on the previous one to ensure steady development and real confidence on the court. Players will be separated into groups based on age and skill level to maximize reps, instruction, and improvement.
Because real development happens ONE REP AT A TIME.
